1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
1.1 Product Purchase:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

1.2 Product Rentals:

  • Refunds for rentals are considered if the equipment provided is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable timeframe.

1.3 Service Payments:

  • Refunds for services rendered are subject to review and approval based on the scope of the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
2.1 Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
2.2 Customized or special-order items.
2.3 Rental agreements terminated prematurely by the customer.


3. Refund Process

3.1 For Purchased Products:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Return the item to our office or designated location in its original packaging.

3.2 For Rentals:

  • Report any equipment issues immediately to our support team.
  • If eligible, refunds for rentals will be issued on a pro-rata basis.

3.3 For Services:

  • Submit a written request detailing the service issue.
  • Refunds will be issued only if the issue cannot be resolved.

4. Refund Method

4.1 Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Bank Transfer: Refunds will be made to the original bank account used for the transaction within 5–10 business days.
  • E-Wallets: Refunds to e-wallets will be processed within 24–72 hours, depending on the provider.
    4.2 Refunds are subject to deductions for transaction fees incurred during the original payment.

5. Exchange Policy

5.1 Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products.
5.2 Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
